Lioni as a European Model of Mobility.&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These events highlighted <strong>Borgo 4.0<\/strong> as a pioneering initiative that goes beyond traditional automotive innovation to address systemic issues in sustainable mobility, road safety, and the integration of vehicles, infrastructures, and communities.<\/p>\n<h3>A Collaborative Vision<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Promoted by ANFIA Automotive<\/strong>, the research arm of the Italian National Automotive Industry Supply Chain Association led by <strong>Paolo Scudieri<\/strong>, Borgo 4.0 brings together a public-private partnership of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>53 leading companies<\/strong> in the automotive sector,<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 public research centers<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>5 universities from the Campania region<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>and <strong>200 researchers<\/strong>,<br \/>\nwith an overall investment of <strong>\u20ac73 million<\/strong> (\u20ac46 million from the Campania Region and \u20ac27 million in private funding).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As noted by <strong>Valeria Fascione<\/strong>, Campania Regional Minister for Research, Innovation, and Start-ups:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;The Region of Campania has supported this initiative from the start. Borgo 4.0 is not about a single futuristic vehicle or a specific technology, but a transfer of technology that has transformed an entire territory, enhancing the quality of life for communities and enabling advanced companies to develop and test cutting-edge technologies in Campania, beginning with Lioni.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Borgo 4.0 Technologies: A Comprehensive Vision<\/h3>\n<p>Divided into <strong>16 projects<\/strong>, including research infrastructures, R&amp;D initiatives, and real-world testing programs, Borgo 4.0 has developed both material and
